People tend to either love or hate this movie. I loved it. It had a decent science fiction story with just the right amount of social commentary, which is the standard for Neill Bloomkamp movies. The 'soft dystopia' of future earth was more believable than most other dystopian movie settings. My only gripe with this movie has nothing to do with the film itself, but that Neil Bloomkamp chose to make this film instead of a much needed sequel to District 9.
