Everything I have made from both this cookbook and Angela's blog for my family has been unbelievably delicious. We are not vegan, just trying to eat healthier occasionally, and Angela satisfies all palettes. No one would know her food is healthy, everyone is too busy licking their plates! Angela's commitment to testing and retesting recipes until they are absolutely perfect shows and her food is flawless. Nothing else I've tried since finding her compares.

If I were to rate just the end result, I would give this book 5 stars. The recipes were very tasty, however, I found the instructions could have been more succinct and better laid out. I also wasn't a huge fan of the lengthy stories before each recipe. I understand that she is a blogger first, but the stories could have been shortened. I'm glad to see the second book is better laid out in both these regards.

After hearing rave reviews from customers, this book is definitely worth a look. This beautifully illustrated cookbook is ideal for someone who is looking for great vegan recipes. All the side dishes alone make the book a must see. Great ideas for breakfast and snacks!

Hands down the best cookbook I have. This is my go to cookbook when I need a healthy, delicious recipe to satisfy everyone. I can't wait for her second book to come out!

I make the Green Monster Smoothie everyday for breakfast. Never get sick of it!

This is a really fun, beautifully constructed book full of colourful photographs and delicious recipes. The recipes are accessible (i.e. don't require exotic ingredients) and are appealing to every taste, vegan or not. I also tried some of the recipes and my husband and I both liked them...and he's usually a meat and potatoes kind of guy. The sweet potatoes in the enchiladas recipe really look like pieces of chicken!

I'm not a vegetarian, but I quite enjoyed this book. I made half a dozen of the recipes, and found several of them were really good, including the tex-mex casserole, the lentil cauliflower soup, and the curried vegetables.
It would be helpful if there was nutritional information included with each of the recipes (calories, protein, fat, etc).
