Very great book with useful information!

Although the specific ingredients in this book vary, the majority of instructions for the recipes are virtually the same, like a boring repetitious mantra from page to page. Also, the way to create liquid levain and sponge is not presented in an evident manner; they should be delineated better, as these two items appear as part of almost all the recipes. Having said that, I think the book is in general clearly written and might be worthwhile for someone who wants to expand an exploration of home baked sourdough.
